By accessing or using Rizzado, you agree to these terms. Rizzado is a digital product that organizes cosmetic hair-care context, observations and educational material.
Access and account
A valid purchase or approved access grants personal use of the Rizzado web app and the features available to your account. Access is for one user and may not be shared publicly, resold, scraped, copied or redistributed.
Educational and cosmetic use
Rizzado offers cosmetic decision support and hair-care education. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition, and it does not replace a dermatologist, physician or other licensed professional.
Seek professional care for sudden hair loss, scalp pain, infection, lesions, severe inflammation or persistent symptoms. Product and routine suggestions are not medical treatment.
Results are not guaranteed
Hair-care outcomes depend on history, formulas, water, climate, technique, health context and consistency. Rizzado is designed to make decisions more legible, but it cannot promise a specific cosmetic result.
Digital service and availability
Access begins after account setup. We work to keep Rizzado available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance or third-party hosting, authentication, payment and email services.
Intellectual property
Rizzado's text, design, tools, diagrams, interfaces and educational materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Personal use is allowed; copying, republishing, selling, distributing or creating a competing derivative product requires written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not bypass access controls or expose paid content publicly.
- Do not use scraping, bulk copying or automated extraction tools.
- Do not present Rizzado output as medical advice to another person.
- Do not interfere with the security or availability of the service.
Refund requests
Eligibility and timing are described in the Refund Policy. An approved refund may end product access.
Affiliate and partner disclosures
Public materials may include affiliate or partner links. Creators and partners promoting Rizzado should disclose the commercial relationship as required by applicable rules.
